OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SPA
Limn Skincare has three treatment rooms, and a Boutique storefront. As we do not have a waiting room, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to your service.
We accept guests as young as twelve years of age, however, we require a signed parental consent form, and a guardian may be on site throughout the service.
ALL IN GOOD TIME
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Enjoy chilled water or herbal tea as you complete your first-visit intake forms.
Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of our other clients, we cannot extend your service time, but we will do our best to address your needs within the remaining time, and the full price of your service will be charged.
Please let us know if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions we need to consider prior to your service (i.e. pregnancy, trouble getting onto the massage table).
NO TIPPING
We pride ourselves that our massage therapists and estheticians are amongst the most knowledgable and gifted in Denver. To honor and respect those skills, we have eliminated tipping and moved to a gratuity-free policy. Our practitioners are paid handsomely and commensurately with their talent.
CANCELLATION & late policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of Spa services. To enforce this, we require a card on file.Cancellations within 24 hours of your service time, will be charged 50% of the total service cost upon first offense. Subsequent late cancellations will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Cancellations within 2 hours of your service time will be considered Missed (no-show) appointments, and will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Packages & Prepaid Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of your service time, will be charged 50% of the total service cost to the card on file, upon first offense. Subsequent late cancellations will be charged 100% of the total service cost, and will be deducted from the packaged or prepaid services.
LATE APPOINTMENTS POLICY
Should you arrive late for your appointment, your service will be modified to maximize your remaining time to honor other scheduled appointments.
In the event that you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a Missed Appointment, and will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
SICK POLICY
If you have a scheduled appointment with Limn, and come down with a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Receiving facial and massage services can interrupt the healing process when sick with a cold. We offer pregnancy and oncology friendly services, so some clients may be immunocompromised. Thank you for helping us protect Limn from exposure to illness.
SNOW DAYS
We follow the Denver School District’s snow day cancellations. If area schools are closed, our boutique will be closed and your appointment will be cancelled. We will be in touch to reschedule, or you may book a new appointment online. Please stay safe and warm and we’ll see you soon.
CHOICE OF PRACTITIONERS
We respect your preferences and the relationship you have with your practitioner. As such, we keep your appointment with the practitioner you selected, whenever possible. If a practitioner becomes ill or unavailable, your appointment will be covered by the next available practitioner.
THE GIFT OF RELAXATION
Limn Skincare gift cards may be used to purchase products and services. Please present your gift card at checkout. Any unused balance will remain on the card.
Gift cards are not transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Limn Skincare is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Prices of services and products are subject to change without notice.
LIMN RETURNS
We love our products and hope you do too! However, if you need to return or exchange something, let us know.
We happily accept returns on all unused and unopened items, with proof of your purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened item. All jewelry, garments, and clearance items are final sale.
